 I can't tell you how thankful I am to Ed for helping me through the purchase of my new home. He was able to negotiate a contract dependent on the sale of my home which was a huge relief as the home I wanted to buy was perfect. When my own home wasn't selling and the realtor wanted me to keep dropping my price, he took the time to help me analyze the market to see where my house should be priced. Which resulted in me holding tight on the price - and selling. He guided me through the things I needed to do and provided me counsel and insight on the process when it came down to the inspections, etc. He was right there with me and helped guide me through what was important. He was able to negotiate with the seller to correct the issues that were brought up. I am also thankful for his insight re: the negotiations on my own sale. He saved me $1000 by giving me insight to an item under negotiation. I wish he could have been given commission from my own sale, he certainly deserved it for all his help and support. I can't say enough about the experience I had with Ed Sutton and his ability to reduce my stress throughout the process and educate me along the way
